Education
Harini R completed her Chartered Accountancy Course in the year 2019. Prior to becoming a Chartered Accountant, she did her graduation in Bachelor of Commerce from IGNOU.
Early Career Days
She worked as a Finance Analyst in a multinational Oil & Gas Conglomerate for 4 years before co-founding H M R R & Associates in the year 2023. She was substantially involved in financial modelling & forecasting and in providing insightful reporting using Power BI. She was also involved in various process improvement projects during her corporate tenure.
She was also associated with Ganesh Prasad Chartered Accountants, in Madurai for 3 years which was instrumental in gaining her professional expertise and exposure in the various Audit, Assurance and Taxation services.
